My approach is a blend of several powerful therapeutic modalities, tailored to your unique needs. At the heart of my practice is Person-Centred Therapy, which views you as the expert in your own life. This means I'm here to listen deeply, offering unwavering support and acceptance as you navigate your challenges. We'll work together to foster your self-awareness and help you find your own path to resolution, trusting in your innate capacity for healing.
For those who feel stuck in negative thought patterns or behaviours, I integrate principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This practical, goal-oriented approach helps us identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, leading to more positive feelings and actions. We'll collaboratively develop strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and other life stressors, giving you tangible tools you can use every day.
Finally, I also utilize Solution-Focused Therapy to help you envision and build the future you desire. Instead of dwelling on past problems, we'll focus on your strengths and resources to create clear, achievable goals. This forward-looking perspective empowers you to make small, yet significant, changes that lead to a better quality of life.

Initial Consultation
The first, initial consultation takes the form of an assessment and during the assessment we can talk about how we may work together and establish what you would like to achieve from having therapy.
Fees
Free initial phone session (about 20 minutes)
£50.00 for a 50 minute counselling session via Zoom.
When I Work
I offer daytime and evening appointments from Tuesday to Friday.
10.00am to 19.00pm
Saturday morning appointments are possible on special request.
